I'm using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and I accidentally deleted my authenticator app. What do I do?

If you have your recovery code:

1. Log in using your recovery code (see article What is a recovery code?).
2. Save your NEW recovery code.
3. Contact our Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai to reset MFA.
4. Reinstall the app and set up MFA again.

If you don't have your recovery code:

1. Contact our Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai.
2. We'll verify your identity and reset your MFA.

3. Set up MFA on your new device.
