How do I log in with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

1. Go to JobCloud ONE and enter your email and password, or use the login link
2. Open your authenticator app.
3. Find JobCloud ONE.
4. Enter the 6-digit code displayed.
5. Click "Authenticate".

You'll need to complete this process every time you log in for security purposes. There is no "remember this device" option available. Please note that authenticator apps also work offline and do not require an internet connection.

If you encounter any issues, please try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Check your device time

iPhone:

1. Go to Settings → General → Date & Time.
2. Enable "Set Automatically".
3. Close and reopen your authenticator app.
4. Try the new code.

Android:

1. Go to Settings → System → Date & Time.
2. Enable "Automatic date & time".
3. Enable "Automatic time zone".
4. Close and reopen your authenticator app.
5. Try the new code.

Solution 2: Wait for the next code

Each code expires after 30 seconds. If you took too long to enter it, wait for the next code to appear and enter it promptly.

Solution 3: Use your recovery code

If your codes consistently fail to work, use your recovery code to log in and contact the Customer Care Team for a reset (info@jobcloud.ai).
