Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your JobCloud ONE account by requiring two forms of verification. This means even if your password is compromised, your account can’t be accessed without your phone and your data is still protected. It's a security best practice used by banks, email providers, and most business platforms. All you need is a smartphone or tablet and an authenticator app.

To enable MFA for your organization, contact our customer support team via chat or email (info@jobcloud.ai). Please provide your organization and workspace name. The MFA feature is free of charge.
MFA is only required if your organization has activated this feature for your workspace. The decision to implement MFA lies with your organization. Once MFA is activated for your workspace, it becomes mandatory for all users and cannot be bypassed.
Individual users cannot disable MFA themselves. If your organization wishes to deactivate MFA, a workspace administrator must contact the Customer Care Team (info@jobcloud.ai).
