To invite a new user to a workspace, you need to have the appropriate role. Here's how you can manage user invitations:
- Contact the workspace administrator if you don’t have the permission to manage users in the workspace.
- Go to the user management section within JobCloud ONE.
- Enter your colleague's email address to send an invitation.
- Set up the necessary access rights during the invitation process. You can control access to the Application Tracking System (ATS), job ad publication flow, credit management system, and company profile management.
- Your colleague will receive an email with instructions. By clicking the link, they can join the workspace and create their account.
This ensures that your colleague has the appropriate permissions and access within JobCloud ONE.
