They provide a secure environment by segmenting job listings, ensuring that only authorised personnel have access. Workspaces also enhance resource management by linking to legal entities and managing budgets through wallets. Workspaces are not visible to job seekers and are only used to organise internal teams.
Typical use of workspaces
Consider a large corporation with multiple subsidiaries and departments, each with distinct hiring needs. Workspaces allow the central HR team to create separate environments for each subsidiary or department. For instance, Subsidiary A can have its own workspace for job listings visible only to its HR team and relevant managers. Similarly, Department B can have a workspace for project-specific recruitment, ensuring job listings are accessible only to the relevant team.
Instructions for using workspaces:
- Workspaces are not self-service; recruiters must collaborate with the Customer Care Team for the setup.
- To update, create, or delete workspaces, contact the Customer Care Team (info@jobcloud.ai) to manage these changes.
Ensure that candidate data is deleted after the recruitment process concludes, such as after a candidate passes their probation period.
