JobCloud ONE's Application Tracking System (ATS) consolidates all job applications received through our prominent job boards such as jobs.ch, jobup.ch and Jobscout 24. This feature provides recruiters with a unified view of all applications, enhancing the hiring process by allowing them to manage and track the progress of candidates efficiently. The Application Tracking System (ATS) displays detailed information for each applicant, including contact details, personal messages, and attached application documents like CVs and cover letters. Additionally, it supports recruiters in managing the hiring stages from initial receipt to final hiring decision, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Typical use of the Application Tracking System (ATS)
The ATS provides an organised platform for Recruiters to oversee and interact with candidates. It simplifies tracking the progress of applications through various hiring stages such as "New", "Suitable", "In Conversation", "Hired" and "Unsuitable".
Instructions for using the Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure you have the necessary user permissions to access the ATS.
- Log in to JobCloud ONE and navigate to the "Job ads" section.
- View all newly received job applications under the "New" tab.
- Manually move applications between stages depending on the candidate's progress or use the bulk action feature to update multiple candidates' statuses.
- For candidates deemed unsuitable, select the application(s), move them to the "Unsuitable" stage, and send a declination email directly from the ATS.
By following these steps, recruiters can maintain a clear and effective communication channel with candidates while adhering to privacy regulations and ensuring all candidate data is handled responsibly in compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and GDPR.
