Navigate to the User account section in JobCloud ONE. You will see a list of all workspaces you can access. For each workspace, you can toggle the "New application received" email notification on or off. Your changes take effect immediately.
By default, all users are set to receive "New application received" emails. You need to actively turn off notifications if you prefer not to receive them.
