You have three options to continue using MFA with your new device:
Option 1: Transfer Your Authenticator App
If your authenticator app supports backup/syncronizsation (such as Microsoft Authenticator or Authy):
- Transfer your authentication codes to your new phone using the app's built-in backup or syncronisation feature.
- Follow your app's specific transfer instructions.
Option 2: Request an MFA Reset
Contact our Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai. We'll reset your MFA so you can set it up fresh on your new phone.
Option 3: Use Your Recovery Code (Temporary Access)
If you still have access to your old phone or saved the recovery code:
- Use your recovery code to log in temporarily.
- Contact the Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai to request an MFA reset.
- Set up MFA on your new device once reset.
Best Practice: Always save your recovery code in a secure location when you first set up MFA to avoid access issues during device changes.
