This system allows businesses to manage job ads flexibly, optimising recruitment costs and maintaining continuous visibility. Slots are ideal for companies with frequent hiring needs, enhancing brand recognition through consistent online presence.
Typical Use of the Slots
Companies with multiple job openings throughout the year benefit from Slots by reserving advertising spaces for extended periods. For instance, a company with ongoing recruitment in various departments can use Slots to publish and exchange job ads efficiently, maintaining visibility and optimising costs.
Instructions for the Job Ad Creation:
- Choose duration: Decide on a Slot advertising period of 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Determine slot quantity: Select the number of Slots based on anticipated recruitment needs.
- Publish initial job ad: Create and post your first job ad in the reserved Slot(s).
- Exchange job ads: Change the ad in a Slot as needed, such as when a position is filled or priorities shift.
- Monthly ad limit: Publish up to 5 ads per month on jobs.ch or 3 ads per month on jobup.ch for each Slot.
- Shared wallets: In shared wallets, all workspaces follow a first-come, first-serve rule. If all slots are in use, users will be notified on the Job Ad list and during Ecom checkout.
Slots offer a flexible, always-on advertising solution, allowing companies to efficiently manage recruitment needs and maintain a strong employer presence. They act as permanent "parking spaces".
