By default, a job ad goes live within 30 minutes of publishing. Recruiters can also schedule a job ad for a later date, up to seven days ahead, so it publishes automatically at the right time.
Recruiters use scheduling when a job ad needs to go live on a specific date, for example alongside an internal announcement or the start of a recruitment drive.
Instructions:
- Publish a job ad immediately, or select "Schedule for later" and choose a date up to seven days ahead.
- JobCloud ONE deducts the publication credit as soon as you publish or schedule the job ad.
- An immediately published job ad appears in search results within 30 minutes. A scheduled job ad only appears from its chosen date.
- You can edit a job ad's content at any time, but you cannot change a scheduled publication date once set.
- Find all upcoming publications in the "Scheduled" tab of the job ads view.
- To cancel a scheduled job ad, contact our Customer CareTeam at info@jobcloud.ch. Self-service cancellation isn't available yet.
Scheduled job ads may still be reachable via direct link and indexed by search engines beforehand. Candidates who find it early cannot apply and are asked to return on the publication date.
