If you have your recovery code:
- Log in using your recovery code (see article What is a recovery code?).
- Save your NEW recovery code.
- Contact our Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai to reset MFA.
- Reinstall the app and set up MFA again.
If you don't have your recovery code:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at info@jobcloud.ai.
- We'll verify your identity and reset your MFA.
